Rotarian Mary Morgan, left, is seen here with Paul Harris Award recipient Robert Horne. Mary nominated Robert for the award because he has selflessly worked at the Rotary food booth during the fair for 16 years. Every morning during fair week he has helped with the morning food/supply deliveries and fried up the first burgers of the day. The Paul Harris Award is the highest award bestowed by Rotary "Service Above Self".
