Pam gave a slide presentation about her recent trip to Israel at the February 5, 2018, noon luncheon meeting of the Beaver Dam Rotary. The highlights of her tour included the birthplace of Jesus, the teaching steps where Jesus taught, the place where Jesus died and the tomb where he was placed after he died. She visited Qumran, Jericho, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Masada. She floated in the Dead Sea. The end of the tour was punctuated by baptisms in the Jordan River. Pam found the visit both inspirational and informative and recommends the trip for Christians and non-Christians alike.
